Video Note recordings have now been extended from 5 minutes to 30 minutes to give you a bit more flexibility when getting your message across.
Video Notes are generally short webcam recordings which are a quick and personal way to engage with students. Videos can be more authentic, are quick to record and can contain a lot more information than can be typed or read in the same amount of time. Video Notes work well in situations where you want to give a brief introduction to a unit or a topic, and are quick to post in your unit content areas. They can also be used in various areas on Brightspace, by both staff and students, including discussion boards, assignment feedback and announcements.
