We have had an ongoing issue where Turnitin assignment marks are not being displayed on the assignment pages in Brightspace that list student submissions and instead it just shows ‘refreshing…’ This makes it difficult to keep track of what has been marked and what marks have been awarded prior to mark release. This has been raised and escalated with the software providers but has yet to be successfully fixed.
As interim measure we are making a feature called the ‘Draft Marks Report’ available to marking staff in Brightspace that will display draft assignment marks to hopefully aid the marking process whilst this issue persists. This feature works with both Turnitin and non-Turnitin assignments, individual and group and also with anonymous marking.
