NOW RESOLVED: Turnitin running slow for staff this morning (16/01/23)

The Turnitin service issues that have been experienced today are now resolved. Normal service was resumed at 3:30PM.

If any staff are continuing to have issues or have any further queries, please raise a ticket with the IT Service Desk:

We aware that Turnitin is currently running slowly this morning and in some cases pages are failing to load which has prevented some feedback from being saved. This issue has been raised with Turnitin Support and we would strongly advise that staff hold off on marking in Turnitin until we have confirmation that this issue is resolved.

This issue will also cause delays to students in viewing similarity reports although will not affect the submission of their assignments to Brightspace.
