CIPPM continues to be ready to respond to requests from industry, commerce, professional practice and policy makers with regard to Intellectual Property Enterprise.
Members of the Centre enjoy strong links with professional practitice, industry, commerce and public sector institutions. These relationships put us in a strong position to address the IP Enterprise requests that you might have. CIPPM responses will always be tailored to meet the needs of the client, and will be centred in the context of the client’s field of business.
Whatever your IP Enterprise question e.g. valuing the IP in a new technology development, drafting a non-disclosure agreement with an overseas licensee, drafting a consultancy contract that will ensure you retain IP in their innovations, preparing for a company merger or acquisition – CIPPM will draw out the key issues and work with you to address them.
CIPPM’s clients have included GCHQ, Babcock plc, DEK plc, LearningTree, Gillette UK plc, Royal Sun Alliance, Jetro, Higher Education Academy, RAGnet, DELPHI Automotive plc, and a government defence agency.
International IP Enterprise contracts have involved CIPPM working with the European Patent Office to prepare candidate states for EU membership; with the World Intellectual Property Organisation in China, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam; with the European Community in China; with the World Bank in India.
