As everyone takes a well-earned break over Christmas, just a reminder of the resources available to support you as you plan for Semester 2.
If you’re looking for ideas and inspiration, have a look at our Good Practice area. You’ll find good practice tips and examples on all areas of teaching and learning from FLIE and academic colleagues. You might also want to check out the showcase videos, created with the launch of the Digital Pedagogies Framework, which explore the use of technology in learning within the key themes of the Framework.
As well as using the Framework to focus on the design of your unit, you’ll need to think about some of the other key tasks to consider before teaching commences. You can find some useful tips in our Unit Preparation guidance or sign up for one of our Unit Preparation Basics upcoming sessions in January.
If you require general help and guidance on using Brightspace or any other digital tools, head to the Brightspace Staff Resources area. Here you’ll find step-by-step instructions on setting up and using tools, from the Academic Advisor reporting tool to Zoom.
