When you have recorded a Zoom session or recorded a video using Panopto, you will receive an email from Panopto to notify you that the recording has been processed. To share the recording you must embed the video using the steps outlined in the video below.
Embedding the video means that only students enrolled on the unit are able to view the content. If a video link is shared by copying the link from the email, students will not be able to view the content.
Finding and moving Panopto recordings
If your recordings are stored on Panopto in your personal ‘My Folder’ and not the unit folder, then we strongly recommend moving them to the unit folder before sharing to ensure that students can access the content when shared.
