Very easy to record and upload; hard to edit. Once in a while I make a mistake in my screencast feedback for assignments that’s essential to remove, e.g. accidentally showing the spreadsheet of everyone’s marks! I’ve found it’s easier just to re-record the feedback because the editing interface (which only works on Firefox at present anyway) is hard to make sense of.
