Lack of appropriate technical support and subject matter expertise within the university currently around this product makes it very challenging for academics to use it, particularly if they are teaching a large cohort. The lack of interface to MyBU means you cannot administer it directly through MyBU so any work you have already done does not flow through, as in the creation of groups for example. We used it this year but actually found the use of paper reports and manual input to excel less time-consuming.
