BU Fusion Learning Conference 2023: Poster Entry

We are delighted to accept poster entries from BU academic and professional service staff for this year’s Fusion Learning Conference which is being held on the 5th July 2023.

The core themes for this year’s conference are:

  • Student engagement and success: evaluating pedagogical practices and resources as conduits to enhancing student learning. 
  • Digital Transformation to enhance student learning: embedding digital pedagogies to innovate and enthuse students in their learning at the university and beyond.  
  • Assessment and academic integrity: promoting authentic learning practices for students 
  • Inclusive curriculum and co-creation:  to design curriculum towards intersectional equity throughout the student’s learning experience   
  • Sustainability and climate impact: inspiring student learning to value sustainability and climate impact 

Posters on other topics can also be submitted. If you wish to have a poster at the event, please submit your poster abstract by the 17th May 2023 deadline. Poster abstracts should not exceed 200 words.

All abstracts submitted will be reviewed, and those accepted will be notified by the 24th May 2023, and invited to submit a poster for the event.

The deadline for submitting the full poster will be 21st June 2023. Posters will be printed and displayed in the Fusion building during the event. Each poster needs to be in a portrait orientation with the BU logo in the top left corner.

Posters will be included in the conference proceedings which will be published with an ISBN. To be included in the proceedings, your poster must not include any images with copyright issues. If there is space, an edited version of your poster abstract may be used in the proceedings alongside your poster. Fusion Learning conference themes
