FLIE is offering a series of workshops and drop-ins to better enable you to prepare for your delivery and assessment in Semester 2. If you’re teaching in Semester 2, please take the opportunity to come together as a teaching team, or even at programme level or department level, to align your ideas for promoting consistency across your Brightspace units.
We have engaging sessions designed for your programme teams to use the Digital Pedagogies Framework that we know help drive the consistency of the student experience and engage students in their learning. The sessions include guidance and examples of good practice to enhance effective communication and learner engagement. Please email us to arrange a session with your team FLIE@bournemouth.ac.uk.
Your Faculty Learning Technologist will be available at their usual Faculty drop-ins in January 2023, and during the weeks commencing 9th and 16th January they can provide support with any Brightspace-related enquiries and be on hand to advise and guide you through your unit design. If you’d like to arrange a particular time with your LT, contact them via their faculty mailbox.
