Intelligent Agents are a useful tool to track engagement on your unit and to send automated personalised communications to students. Next time you use Brightspace’s Intelligent Agents tool you’ll notice a couple of improvements following a recent update:
New user interface for Intelligent Agents

The Intelligent Agents tool now has an improved layout which uses expanding/collapsing boxes to economise on screen space and aid clarity when updating. Functionality remains the same. - More scheduling options
The scheduling options have moved to the top of the page and increased scheduling options give you more control over the frequency and timing of when automated Intelligent Agent reporting will run.
