We have just been made aware that due to a bug, staff who have created Padlet walls may have received emails from the Padlet Content Safety team today (25/02/20) with the following text:
“We have cleared and reinstated your content that was removed in case ID xxxxxxxxx. Please refresh the padlet page for the changes to take effect.”
These emails had been generated in error, so can be ignored. This bug has now been fixed so please consider any further emails from Padlet in relation to Content Safety as real.
