BU is proud to have over 75% of academic staff who either have HEA Fellowship or a teaching qualification – a demonstration of our commitment to and recognition of teaching and learning. The HEA today launched their Fellowship Week by announcing that there are now 100,000 HEA Fellows around the world. As the world’s largest single community for those engaged in higher education teaching and learning, the HEA is very proud of the global network of Fellows, who demonstrate their commitment to teaching, learning and student success at institutions worldwide.
Fellowship Week will share stories to honour HEA Fellows from around the world, across all four categories of Fellowship, from the first ever Fellow, right up to those who have just recently gained HEA Fellowship. Further information is available from the HEA website: www.heacademy.ac.uk.
