   Thanks for this Ann.
   Couple of questions….
   1. Is there a record of the emails that you send, if so I can’t seem to access it?
   2. If you want a copy of the email you’ve sent, is sending to oneself the only way to obtain it?
   3. If so, is there a way to have the email placed in the Outlook ‘sent mail’ folder with the addresses it was sent, rather than the inbox – its messes up subsequent searches?
   4. When sending an email is there any way to establish which which students won’t get the email (i.e. those that haven’t opted in)?
