We have been using a separate password to access Brightspace for the last 2 months. Yesterday, IT linked Brightspace with our authentication system with the result that you now access Brightspace using your username and password.
When you go to the Brightspace home page, you will see a new screen where you enter your credentials. There is no need to precede your username with the word ‘Staff’.
