A new section of the IT Services website has recently been developed, which contains information to help staff gain the most from BU’s audio-visual equipment.
This includes:
- ‘Cheat sheet’ user guides for AV setups in Meeting Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Lecture Theatres and Agile/Synergy Spaces
- User guides for audio-visual hardware (e.g. Document Cameras, Wireless Presentation devices etc.)
- Links to tutorial videos and room/equipment booking services
The information is very helpful to anyone using the equipment. If you can suggest ways of improving or enhancing the guides, please contact IT Services using the feedback form.
