Guest Lecture: 16th March 2015, 1-2 pm, Lawrence LT (Talbot Campus) The lecture addresses the legal implications of conducting business and marketing online; specifically looking at copyright law and data protection in relation to websites, social media, blogging and emails as well as the statutory and regulatory code requirements for non-broadcast advertising.
