Framed in the Digital Rights area, Giulia’s research aims at developing a comparative and interdisciplinary analysis concerning current main issues on copyright management within the evolving internet architectures. Both theoretical and applied aspects of the legal enforcement in the field will be held as focus of the study, as fundamental complementary sides of the modern legal understanding.
