Ramon Romano

Visiting Fellow

Ramon is a Ph.D. Candidate in Civil Law at the Univeristy of Florence, School of Law.

His research is focused on abuse of right, as matter of legal theory and method to understand the fair exercise of rights in intellectual property, where the relationship between real property and personal rights underlines the evolution of the Law and the dissolution of the dogmas. In particular, Ramon intends to deepen the role of civil liability in the protection of legitimate interests and in the circulation of intellectual property rights.
