In the workshops, we demonstrated where you can find analytics reporting within your Brightspace unit and some of the benefits of utilising these statistics to better understand student engagement with learning materials. We also looked at how to setup and run Intelligent Agents to monitor engagement and participation, and to automate communication with students.
