MathWorks is the company behind MATLAB (a programming and numeric computing platform) and Simulink (a block diagram environment used to design and simulate before moving to hardware). BU has a campus-wide licence for these tools making them available to all staff and students.
MathWorks is hosting a Teaching with Virtual Labs in Simulink webinar for universities on Wednesday 10th May at 14.00.
Whether you are new to MathWorks or have existing experience, Virtual Labs will enable you to bring interactive simulations into your teaching. The webinar will be 45 mins followed by 15 mins Q&A and will cover:
- Virtual Lab content from MathWorks
- Simulink models of typical lab experiments
- How to use MATLAB live scripts to build an interactive experiment that could be used in a lab or lecture environment
- Case Study on Virtual Labs presented by Guest Speaker
