Highlights of CEL’s activities from the past academic year, as BU fulfils its aims for learning excellence
Have a look at the many ways the Centre for Excellence in Learning (CEL) has been delivering on its promise to enhance the student learning experience at BU. You can read a review of some of activities contributing to learning excellence from the last academic year here.
Head of CEL, Professor Gail Thomas, said: “It’s been another great year for CEL, going from strength to strength. We’re pleased that many academic departments have accessed CEL resources and expertise over the last twelve months, through workshops, courses and using the TEL toolkit. We have many more activities planned for the coming year and want to encourage students as well as staff to get involved.”
CEL is always thinking creatively about new and different ways to fulfil its mission ‘to harness energy and provide leadership that inspires excellence in learning’ and would be happy to hear of any ideas from you.
