The Student Development Awards Ceremony was held on 4th May 2016 in the Student Centre.

Sonya Harvey (SDA coordinator) worked incredibly hard to ensure the evening was a great success and provided bubbly and canapés for all the attendees.

A number of dignitaries were in attendance including  The High Sheriff of Dorset – Sir Philip Williams.

SDA Certificates were awarded by Employer Sponsors : Simon Broadbridge – Executive Director  (JP Morgan), Sophie Crampin – Account Manager (Endsleigh Insurance Services), Sheridan Lake – Director (Sheridan Lake Associates) and Mark Perkins – Operations Manager (Bournemouth WhitbreadPremiere Inns Hotels) all of whom praised the students on their accomplishments and the high standard of the e-portfolios they created to showcase their achievements.

Members of: BU Student Services,  BU Students’ Union and BU Faculty Staff also joined in the celebration.
