Really grad to lead the Bournemouth University team that worked closely with the Pestana Tourism Group training in the wonderful Pousada of Porto, Portugal. The training is for 160 managers and Board members from the 80 hotels that Pestana operates in 10 countries and included both Pestana Hotels and Pousadas of Portugal.

The training included global trends and issues, strategic responses for the hospitality industry, marketing, social media and sales, financial management and leadership and Human resources for the hospitality industry.
