I am 1st year BA (HONS) Media Production student. As my mother is a certificated yoga instructor, I’ve been doing yoga for 3 years. After I start doing Yoga, I met with another technique called “Reiki” which is a Japanese technique for reducing stress and relaxation that also promotes healing and I got my certificate for the 1st level. Reiki and Yoga have improved my knowledge about meditation. I created this meditation podcast as a part of my course for Audio Production unit by collaborating my knowledge about meditation and technical skills that I gained in my course.
