Bus 3Getting around Bournemouth and Poole doesn’t have to be expensive. The More Buses operate within most of the Dorset and Wiltshire counties, with a choice of ‘zone’ tickets which differ in price based on just how far out of Bournemouth you would like to travel, and maybe most importantly some services run all night long. With their main bus station situated in Poole (near The Dolphin Shopping Centre) and most buses heading to the main stops of Bournemouth, Poole, and Castlepoint, it really couldn’t be any simpler to get around conveniently.

If you are looking to get to and from uni then More Buses have provided their own fleet of buses with dedicated routes that run to Bournemouth University called UNIBUS. The U1, U2, U3, U4 and 17 run directly to the Talbot Campus site, and with your valid student ID card you will be able to pay a discounted fare. The M1 and M2 services are perfect for quick and easy access around Bournemouth and Poole, with buses running every 3-5 mins in the daytime, and up to every 15-30 mins in the evenings and nights.

Probably one of the best features of the M1 and M2 buses is that 36 buses in their fleet provide the use of free Wi-Fi as you travel. The main advantage to me of this is that instead of wasting time in between travelling you can instead get a bit of extra work done as you commute. From Southbourne to Poole, and from Poole to Castlepoint, you can travel in the confidence knowing that you are connected the whole time.
