School of Tourism graduate sets up graduate and student recruitment website Witlr

Recent School of Tourism graduate Nick Guy has just launched a new student and graduate recruitment business with a twist.

Witlr, set up by Nick and his business partner David Rubie-Todd who also studied at Bournemouth, aims to redefine how businesses find their ideal candidate. Witlr aims to create an online hub where businesses can find their ideal employee. In turn, they will make it easier for graduates to find a role that suits their skill set and personality, leading to greater job satisfaction and long term career prospects.

Nick explains the need for such a tailored service. “Witlr is a professional platform that gives students and graduates a place to discover opportunities that previously they would never have known or thought about. In my final year at university I was applying to all the big graduate schemes not because I particularly wanted to work there but it just seemed like the only option available.”
