When applying for university, or even when your place is already secured, you might find yourself a bit confused, with so many questions that you want to ask. It might be that you’re not sure what to do about your accommodation, registration and enrolment, or where to find your timetable or how to register with a doctor.
Thankfully, Bournemouth University has a whole webpage with answers to all FAQs and contacts that you can use if you can’t find the information you need.

The friendly staff personally reply to every enquiry and aim to do so within two to three working days. During very busy periods this may increase to around 5 working days, but if your enquiry is urgent, don’t hesitate to just give them a call.
AskBU can answer questions about accommodations, finance and fees, immigration and visas, replacement documents, and pretty much everything else that you could possibly have a question about.
