Dr Daisy Fan was invited to participate in a panel discussion on “Over 50s Holiday Market Conference” in London organized by Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). The panel session was about “Innovations for the over 50s”. Panellists shared their opinions regarding the innovation in service, IT and product design for this emerging market.
