Professor Dimitrios Buhalis was invited to do a keynote on smart tourism at the 22nd United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) General Assembly in Chengdu, China.

This year’s 22nd session was attended by 1300 delegates from more than 150 countries including 60 Ministers of Tourism and representatives from 200 UNWTO Affiliate Members representing public and private organizations, destinations, NGOs and educational institutions.
