This morning Dr Sean Beer joined other colleague to discuss the up and coming Bournemouth University Festival of Learning.
Sean’s event focuses on his work looking at the authenticity of food.
The event will take you on a journey involving family and friends, saucing, sourcing and the distinctly other; accompanied by tastings, poetry readings and artwork. There will be love, horror and philosophy. Beware rabbits!
