Hospitality management student Kathleen Smart has recently been awarded Employee of the Year 2012 from her placement company FJB: The Sandbanks Hotel.
Kathleen worked at the FJB: The Sandbanks Hotel from June 2011 – September 2012 as part of her placement year.
During the FJB Christmas party held in January, each of the four hotels from the FJB group nominate and award one staff member from each hotel.
Kathleen’s team nominated her for the award for the FJB: The Sandbanks Hotel.
