Welcome to our Sales Development Programme 2016
Starting in July 2016
Aimed at graduates/College leavers or those with some prior experience in travel sales, we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and determined people with a genuine passion for travel and a desire to succeed in sales. You don’t need to have first-hand experience in sales but you must have the aptitude to sell and the will to win.
This 12 month intensive development programme will provide 8-10 people with the opportunity to join our travel sales functions at various Travelbag branches throughout the UK.
Our unrivalled in-house training programme is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge to become a confident and experienced sales professional. In return for your hard work, commitment and dedication we offer a competitive salary with a realistic OTE of £20k within the first year.

What will you be doing?
Joining one of our retail branches in Sales throughout the UK, you will not only gain a comprehensive understanding of the Travelbag working environment, but you’ll also be given an insight into how our teams work and why our brand is so successful.
As part of our sales team you’ll be responding to the needs of our clients directly, using your fantastic aptitude for sales, whilst ensuring you deliver excellent levels of service – leaving the client in no doubt that they’re booking their holiday with the best!

We offer a competitive salary with a realistic OTE of £20k within the first year. Upon completion of the programme you will be given an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Sales Consultants will receive:

Who are we looking for?
You’ll need to possess the following:
- Degree or equivalent qualification ideally Travel related
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely
- An aptitude for sales and able to recognise the importance of optimising sales
- A desire to excel and succeed
- Enthusiasm and persuasiveness
- A thirst for travel and exploring the world
- Motivation and eager to learn
