A vacancy has arisen for a Research Fellow position at CIPPM.
The successful candidate will assist the Director of CIPPM and participate in research projects related to intellectual property and contribute to activities to further develop CIPPM. This may involve you in playing a significant role in co-ordinating research projects and formulating applications for research funding.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your knowledge and skills of research methods and project management. With support from the professoriate and academic community you will be encouraged to publish in academic journals. There may also be the occasion for you to teach intellectual property and other relevant subject areas.
You will be qualified to Doctorate level with experience in research methods relevant to legal research or socio-economic research of law, including production of peer reviewed publications.
The Law Department also delivers a range of law programmes including an LLB with pathways and graduate/postgraduate courses – CPE, LPC, PGCertIP & LLM as well as research degrees.
This post is available on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. If you wish to be considered as an internal secondment you must speak to your line manager first.
