Mohamed Amal is Professor and a leading scholar in International Economics and Business.  Hi teaches at the University of Blumenau (FURB), where he leads the Master’s Program in Business Administration, and the University of Itajaí Valley (Univali).

His work focuses on the internationalisation of companies, foreign direct investment (FDI), and the effects of globalisation on emerging economies.

He has published widely in international journals, exploring themes such as innovation, geopolitical risk, and international business strategy.

Prof. Amal also collaborates with academic institutions in Brazil and abroad, contributing to research networks investigating the dynamics of global markets and the competitiveness of Latin American firms.
