This first live workshop from the Observatory on the DSM Directive Exceptions & Limitations will focus on the state of play regarding transposition of the Digital Single Market Directive in a number of EU member states, with two keynote speeches on Art. 3-4 (Text and Data Mining) and Art. 5 (Digital and Cross-Border Teaching Activities.)
