Indranath Gupta is Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the Jindal Global Law School of O P Jindal Global University.  He is the Co-Director of Jindal Initiative on Research in IP and Competition (JIRICO) and a Senior Fellow at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS).
