CIPPM Co-Director Professor Ruth Towse has been conferred the honour of Distinguished Fellow of the ACEI (Association for Cultural Economics International). In his article on the Journal of Cultural Economics, professor David Thorsby illustrates the exceptional contribution that Ruth Towse has made to the discipline over more than thirty years, and concludes that “Ruth Towse’s long and distinguished career have been essential to the establishment of the field of cultural economics”. All CIPPM faculty and fellows are proud of this award and congratulate Ruth for such a fantastic achievement!
