Dinusha Mendis is Professor of Intellectual Property and Innovation Law at Bournemouth University Deputy Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Media and Communication. Professor Mendis specialises in copyright law, copyright policy and the challenges to IP as a result of new and emerging technologies and has conducted extensive independent and funded research and has published widely in this area.
