On December 2013 the European Commission has launched a public consultation with the aim of reviewing and modernizing EU copyright rules. Today, CIPPM has submitted its response, with contributions of Maurizio Borghi, Marcella Favale and Dinusha Mendis. The document presents policy recommendations based on CIPPM research on copyright exceptions, mass digitization, orphan works and authors’ earnings.
