The project team would like to showcase the latest video of the project, a result from a secondment between Bournemouth University and Institut Paul Bocuse and Bonduelle. The video was developed by Carmen Martins (Bournemouth Univeristy) with the collaboration of Dr Jeff Bray (Bournemouth University).
