Kevin Brooks is an international bid and strategy specialist with 30 years’ experience supporting organisations across the UK, Europe, USA, India, Mexico, Brazil, Egypt, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, and Peru. Over the past seven years, he has helped clients secure over £49.5M in public and private sector funding, averaging £6.8M annually across health, education, government, academia, and enterprise.

His expertise spans bid writing and assessment, health innovation, One Health and enterprise collaboration, UK government engagement, business cluster development, strategic partnerships, positioning paper and prospectus drafting, and delivering masterclasses in bid writing, One Health, and cluster development.

Kevin’s clients have included Wessex Health Partners, Health Innovation Wessex/Network, Business Growth Dorset, NHS Innovation Accelerator, SETsquared Partnership, University of Southampton, University of Plymouth, and Bournemouth University, where he supported the early development of the BUORI in terms of pump prime funding and strategic partnership building. He has also worked with numerous industry-led commissions.

He provides consultancy to NHS England and the Office for Life Sciences-funded Health Innovation Wessex, and designs strategic programmes such as the One Health Enterprise Network and the Health and Social Care Supply Chain & Innovation Programme.
