We are delighted to welcome Wissem Tafat to the ORI team, she has joined ORI as a match funded PhD student in partnership with NHS Scotland.
Her research will use data science techniques to develop a learning health system in NHS Scotland for orthopaedic surgery patients. She is being supervised by Prof Tom Wainwright, Prof Marcin Budka, and Dr David McDonald, and has already been making excellent progress with her studies and work.
