Professor Katherine Appleton attended the 2016, Nutrition Society Summer Conference presenting a poster on FoodSMART research: Important information for the selection of workplace canteen meals: A consumer segmentation study.
FoodBiz brought together people from the food and hospitality industry alongside academics to share findings from latest research and take ideas forward within the health, wellbeing, hospitality and food industries. This event was featured at Daily Echo Bournemouth, local newspaper.
On September 21th and 22th, the Center for Food and Hospitality Research at Institut Paul Bocuse hosted the 2015 edition of the Summer School.
