ORI have recently launched new courses on the ORI Education app. The Virtual CHAIN course is an online version of our successful CHAIN programme. The online exercise and education intervention is an 8-week course for people with hip osteoarthritis. Individuals are able to follow along on the CHAIN programme from their home or gym using a static bike.
