Tikki Immins, Research Development Manager at ORI, was invited to present the poster titled ‘Fire, floods and pestilence: challenges of delivering an RCT comparing a group exercise and education intervention with usual care in the time of COVID-19’. The presentation explained the challenges that were faced during recruitment to NIHR funded CLEAT study, led by Professor Wainwright.

The UK Trial Managers’ Network online conference allowed authors of the posters presented at the recent International Clinical Trials Methodology Conference in Edinburgh a chance to present their poster alongside an oral explanation to an online crowd of over 70 attendees.
