The Advisory Committee will comprise: Dr Martin Pickard, Managing Director, Grantcraft, a specialist company facilitating research training and knowledge transfer, Mrs Christel Hanicotte, Marketing Director, Elior, a global contract caterer working within the education, healthcare, business and industry sectors. Mr Robert Bodenstein, Partner, Solutions for Chefs, a company that delivers consultancy in culinary cuisine, technology, trade, industry, law and science and Professor John Edwards who has been responsible for managing several high profile nutrition research projects for both the British and US Armed Forces, and is well published in public sector foodservice.
