On January 24th, 2017, M. Esben Lunde LARSEN, Danish Minister for environment and food visited the Institut Paul Bocuse in Ecully. Laure Saulais presented the EU research projects that are currently ongoing in partnership with Copenhaguen University. FoodSMART was highlighted as example of successful collaborative research project that link together researchers and professionals to foster innovation and science.
