On September 21th and 22th, the Center for Food and Hospitality Research at Institut Paul Bocuse hosted the 2015 edition of the Summer School. This workshop was targeted at PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and researchers in the field of Food & Hospitality Research of all disciplines.
The Summer School is a unique opportunity for scientific exchanges between PhD students from various universities and senior researchers.
