Symbols – past and present
Symbols and signs are all around us and we can usually understand what they mean by their colours, shapes, words, numbers and pictures.
But how would archaeologists 1000 years in the future decipher them? Look at modern artefacts through the eyes of the future: what could these things mean when their symbols are no longer used?
